This notice tells you what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how you can withdraw consent and exercise your rights. We process your data only with your consent or for other lawful uses permitted by the DPDP Act.

2. Definitions

• Account: a unique account created for you to access our Service.
• Personal Data: any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
• Data Fiduciary: the entity that decides the purpose and means of processing (Innomotive Solutions).
• Data Principal: you, the individual to whom the personal data relates.
• Service Provider / Data Processor: anyone who processes data on our behalf (e.g. payment gateway, courier, SMS/email provider).
• Usage Data: data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser and pages visited.

• Name, email address, phone number and password (Account).
• Delivery and billing address: address, city, state, PIN code.
• Order, wallet and transaction details. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment gateways; we do not store them.
• Messages and details you submit through contact, bulk-buy, installation and grievance forms.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent and diagnostics.
• If you log in through a third-party social account, the basic profile details you allow that service to share (e.g. name, email).

4. Purposes of collection

We collect and process only the data needed for the specific purposes below, and for no other purpose without your fresh consent.

5. Cookies & tracking

• Essential cookies (session): login, cart and fraud prevention. These are required for the Website to work.
• Consent cookies (persistent): remember your cookie choices.
• Functionality cookies (persistent): remember preferences such as language.
• Web beacons: count visits and email opens for statistics.

6. Sharing & disclosure

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to:

• Get a summary of the personal data we process and the processing activities.
• Request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and does not affect processing done before it.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Seek grievance redressal from us, and complain to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

10. Children

Our Service is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data of a child without verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, and we do not track, monitor behaviour of, or target advertising at children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
