Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the Innomotive Solutions website or placing an order.

1. Definitions

  • Company ("we", "us", "our"): Innomotive Solutions Pvt Ltd, 29, Mahalakshmi Chambers, MG Road, Trinity Metro Station, Bengaluru – 560001, Karnataka, India.
  • Website / Service: www.innomotivesolutions.in and its features.
  • You: the individual, or the entity on whose behalf they act, who uses the Service.
  • Goods: items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Order: your request to purchase Goods.
  • Affiliate: an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the Company.
  • Device: any device that can access the Service.
  • Terms: these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of terms

These Terms are the agreement between you and the Company for use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Persons under 18 may not use the Service or place Orders.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate, complete and current information when you register or order.
  • Keep your password and OTPs confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Tell us immediately at hello@innomotivesolutions.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

  • An Order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and dispatch the Goods. We may decline or cancel an Order, for example for stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud or an unserviceable address. If we cancel after you have paid, the amount is refunded in full.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We try to keep prices, descriptions and images accurate, but colours and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
  • Payment is accepted through the methods shown at checkout (online payment through third-party gateways, wallet and, where available, Cash on Delivery). We do not store your card details.
  • Discount codes and offers are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including text, images, logos, product photos, designs and software, belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or place Orders with false information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems.
  • Introduce malware, or scrape, overload or disrupt the Service.
  • Misuse offers, discount codes or wallet balance, or abuse the return process.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service or ask us to delete your account at any time. Orders already placed continue to be governed by these Terms and our policies.

10. Liability & disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern or dispute, please first contact us through Raise a Grievance or hello@innomotivesolutions.in so we can try to resolve it informally. If it is not resolved, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach a consumer forum with jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. General

  • Severability: if any provision is held invalid, the rest of the Terms continue in force.
  • No waiver: not enforcing a right does not mean we give it up.
  • Language: if these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its "Last updated" date; for material changes we will give reasonable notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect you accept the revised Terms.
